A fun and friendly class that is suitable for all ages. Our qualified instructor will work with you to strengthen your body by tailoring the class to each person's individual fitness level.

 

Working at your own pace, strengthen your body with exercises including gentle cardio, core and balance elements of fitness, as well as strength training.

All classes are designed to work the body, but allow the individual to work safely at their own pace under the guidance of our qualified instructor.
