Yoga is good for the soul and has many health benefits to make you feel relaxed and amazing. A wonderful way to promote a healthy lifestyle & well being through gentle stretching exercises. Learn to improve your posture, breathing & relaxation.

 

This class suitable for all ages from complete beginners to intermediates.

 

Please wear comfortable clothing and bring your own Yoga mat.

These popular classes are designed to build strength and cardio. They can vary from low impact to step, with or without weights, stretches and some floor work.

 

All classes are designed to work the body, but allow the individual to work safely at their own pace under the guidance of our qualified instructor.

Build fitness and learn kickboxing techniques with a qualified and experienced instructor & martial arts black belt. BYO boxing gloves if you have them, otherwise we have plenty of spares.

A fun and friendly class that is suitable for all ages. Our qualified instructor will work with you to strengthen your body by tailoring the class to each person's individual fitness level.

 

Working at your own pace, strengthen your body with exercises including gentle cardio, core and balance elements of fitness, as well as strength training.
