We are a small, friendly group that walks every Thursday morning from 9.30 to approx. 10.30am. The walks are at different locations each week, all within around a 30min drive of Upper Beaconsfield and are generally 3-4km long.

Our goal is to get out & about each week, to walk, chat, & see some beautiful local spots, all while reaping the many benefits that walking has to offer.

We welcome new members of all ages & fitness levels. Our pace, however, is more on the gentle side, with stops to look at the views, nature's wonders, and to take photos, so if you are looking for a hardcore workout, we are not the group for you :)

 

I do sneak in a few hilly bits on some walks though, so be sure to read the walk details carefully each week & let me know if you are having any medical issues that might make some walks unsuitable & I'll do my best to work around them.
