We are a small group who walk every Thursday morning from 9.30 to approx. 10.30am. The walks are at different places each week, all within around a 30min drive of Upper Beaconsfield and are generally 3-4km long.
Our goal is to get out and about each week, to walk, chat, and see some beautiful local spots, all while reaping the many benefits that walking has to offer.
We welcome new members of all ages and fitness levels. Our pace, however, is more on the gentle side, with stops to look at the views, nature's wonders, and to take photos, so if you are looking for a hardcore workout, we might not be the group for you :)
I do sneak in a few hilly bits on some walks though, so be sure to read the walk details carefully each week and let me know if you are having any medical issues that might make some walks unsuitable and I'll do my best to work around them.
