The Building

The building complex stands on a Crown Reserve administered by The Department of Sustainability and Environment (DSE). The Upper Beaconsfield Community Complex Building and Grounds Committee manage the complex on behalf of DSE on a voluntary basis. The Upper Beaconsfield Community Centre is the major user of the complex under a simple license agreement.

B&G can hire the hall and full kitchen facility to the public. Enquiries should be made to the – Hall committee.

The Tenant:

Upper Beaconsfield Community Centre Inc, who occupy the building complex under a License.

The UBCC has a license to use parts of the building complex, which include:

  • Crèche
  • Hall
  • Two meeting rooms
  • Two offices
  • Storerooms
  • One freestanding class room
  • One kitchen
  • One kitchenette
  • Computer facility
  • On and off street parking
  • Barbeque and picnic facilities
  • Disused Tennis court

The Centre makes the following equipment available for classes.

  • Facsimile
  • Television with DVD and video player
  • Overhead projector and screen
  • Electronic whiteboards
  • Scanner
  • Fully equipped kitchen
  • Data Show
  • CD player

Some facilities are available for public hire, please speak to the office.
