The Building
The building complex stands on a Crown Reserve administered by The Department of Sustainability and Environment (DSE). The Upper Beaconsfield Community Complex Building and Grounds Committee manage the complex on behalf of DSE on a voluntary basis. The Upper Beaconsfield Community Centre is the major user of the complex under a simple license agreement.

B&G can hire the hall and full kitchen facility to the public. Enquiries should be made to the – Hall committee.
The Tenant:
Upper Beaconsfield Community Centre Inc, who occupy the building complex under a License.
The UBCC has a license to use parts of the building complex, which include:
- Crèche
- Hall
- Two meeting rooms
- Two offices
- Storerooms
- One freestanding class room
- One kitchen
- One kitchenette
- Computer facility
- On and off street parking
- Barbeque and picnic facilities
- Disused Tennis court
